Legal Notice Regarding Rail on Oahu.............There Are Additional Costs Charged By the Land owners who ARE NOT THE Identity Thieves State of Hawaii

The Illegal City and State Politicians groundbreaking on Private Properties of Our Royal Families:

Route

City and state politicians at the project's groundbreaking ceremony
The project, as planned, will construct an elevated rapid transit line from the eastern edge of Kapolei, near the University of Hawaii-West Oahu campus, to Ala Moana Center (East of Honolulu dowtown). The line will pass through communities along southern Oahu, via Honolulu International Airport and downtown Honolulu. The plan also includes unfunded extensions west through Kapolei and a link through Salt Lake, as well as east to the University of Hawaii-Manoa campus and Waikiki.[68] The line will use 128 ft (39 m) trains carrying about 390 passengers each, similar in weight to light rail systems elsewhere in the United States (such as the MAX inPortland, Oregon), as opposed to heavier, and thus more expensive, lines found on rapid transit systems like the subways and elevated systems of Chicago and New York City.[69] However, the stations will be standalone structures and will be substantially bigger than typical light rail stations. Physically, the Honolulu system will have a good deal in common with light rapid transit systems such as SkyTrain in Vancouver, British Columbia or the Copenhagen Metro, as well as the Docklands Light Railway in London. The system will be the first metro system in the United States to feature platform gates.[70]
The rail line will have twenty-one stations and run from Kapolei to Honolulu, passing through WaipahuPearl CityWaimalu,Aiea, and Halawa. From the eastern terminus at Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu, the line is proposed to split into two future extensions to the University of Hawaii at Manoa campus and Waikiki. Originally, the line was to fork near Aloha Stadium into two routes, one passing Honolulu International Airport, and the other through Salt Lake, before reuniting at Middle Street in Kalihi. The city council initially decided to build the Salt Lake route before the airport route, as a result of horse-trading with City Councilmember Romy Cachola, whose constituents include Salt Lake residents and whose vote was needed to pass the decision.[71][72] After the city charter amendment on rail transit passed, the City Council reconsidered the decision, and decided to re-route the rail line to pass by Pearl Harbor and the airport, without a Salt Lake alignment.[73][74] The airport route is 4% more expensive, but is expected to have significantly higher ridership. The line will be served by 128 ft (39 m) long trains, each with a capacity of 390 passengers.[69] The trains will operate with up to twenty departures per hour.[75]

Timeline of progress (from Wikipedia)

  • On May 16, 2012, construction workers started pouring concrete on the foundations that will hold the rail columns.[87]
  • On June 10, 2012, HART unveiled its first rail column in East Kapolei.[88]
  • On December 19, 2012, the Honolulu Rail Transit Project received $1.5 billion in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation.[89]
  • On July 16, 2014, Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell, along with the CEO and executive director of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Dan Grabauskas, presented a design of a $23 million rail station that will be constructed at the Honolulu International Airport.[90]
  • On August 14, 2014, the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) unsealed bids for the first nine rail transit stations. The bids ranged from $294.5 to $320.8 million, well above HART's budget of $184 million for these stations.[91]
  • The first trips on the railway will be delayed, probably until 2018 as HART canceled the initial bids for the first nine stations on September 9, 2014. HART intends to rebid the work as three packages of three stations each, and allow more time for construction in the hope that increased competition on smaller contracts will drive down costs.[92]

The Estate of James Campbell Estates ARE NOT the Owners of Honouliuli Ahupuaa and therefore did engage in a criminal contract with the D. R. Horton developers.
The following information came off the D. R. Horton website at http://www.hoopilioahu.com/pages/map  :

Ho‘opili Map
In March 2006, D.R. Horton purchased 1600 acres of former ‘Ewa sugarcane land from the Estate of James Campbell. Today, D.R. Horton plans to create Ho‘opili on these lands, constructing 11,750 homes and creating a healthy and sustainable living environment for West O‘ahu.
This vibrant new neighborhood will include 200 acres of agricultural land in perpetuity; ample space for personal and community farms, parks, open spaces and schools; and 3 to 4 million square feet of commercial space for businesses creating thousands of new jobs. With first-time and single family homebuyers in mind, an estimated 30 percent (3500) of Ho‘opili’s new homes will be affordable. Building will commence in 2016 and be completed in phases for the next 20-30 years.

Kekauʻōnohi, alongside the pall-bearers in the center of funeral procession of Queen Keōpūolani, 1823.
Keahikuni Kekauʻōnohi (c. 1805–1851) was a Hawaiian high chiefess who was a member of the House of Kamehameha. She was granddaughter to KingKamehameha I and one of the wives of Kamehameha II. Her Christian name is disputed; it is given as Mikahela in the 1848 Mahele Book and as Miriam in later sources.[1][2][3]

Biography[edit]

She was born circa 1805 at LahainaMaui. Her father was Kahōʻanokū Kīnaʻu. Her mother was Kahakuhaʻakoi Wahinepio, sister of Boki and Kalanimoku and granddaughter of Aliʻi Nui, Kekaulike of Maui. Her father was a son ofKamehameha I and his wife Peleuli, daughter of Kamanawa, one of the royal twins.[4]
She married her uncle Kamehameha II. She was one of his five wives. Others were KamāmaluPauahiKīnaʻu, and Kekāuluohi. She was the youngest, but Kamāmalu was Liholiho's favorite.[5] She was at the famous meal when thekapu system was overturned in 1819, known as the ʻAi Noa. After Liholiho's death in London, she went to Kauai and married her half-brother Kahalaiʻa Luanuʻu.[6]
Kekauʻōnohi served as a governor of the island of Kauaʻi some time around 1840–1845[7] and was a stanch Protestant.[8] Kamehameha III created theHouse of Nobles in the Hawaiian Constitution of 1840.[9] She was among the first members along with the King, HoapiliwahinePākīKōniaKeohokalole,KuakiniKahekiliLeleiohoku IKekuanaoaKealiʻiahonuiKanaʻinaKeoni Ii,Keoni Ana, and Haʻalilio.[10]
After the death of Kuhina NuiKaʻahumanu in 1832, she remarriedKealiʻiahonui, former aliʻi of Kauaʻi and the son of Al'iʻI Nui, Kaumualiʻi of Kauaʻi. They had no children. After his death in 1849 she remarried Levi Haʻalelea, a relative of Queen Kalama (wife of Kamehameha III) and had a son named William Pitt Kīnaʻu, who died young.[11] She inherited most of the land of her uncle William Pitt Kalanimoku. She died in Honolulu June 2, 1851 age 46. Stephen Reynolds in his Journal noted at her death that she was "the last of the old stock of chiefs – one of the best of them – good natured, benevolent, liberal and generous."[citation needed] She left her land to her husband. She was foster mother of her nieces Abigail Maheha and Anna Kaiʻulani.[12]
When the Admiral Henry Byam Martin, aboard HMS Grampus, visited the islands in 1846, he described the Princess Kikuanoki:
The arrival of Kikuanoki — granddaughter of Kamehameha 1st and 1st cousin of the present King — was a treat. She sailed into the room with all the pomp and majesty of Q. Elizabeth. Her dress — evidently got up for the occasion — was a very transparent muslin shirt — through which those parts of her person which in most countries are covered were very visible. A green crape shawl — and a band of red & yellow (the royal colours) round her head completed her costume.[13]

SUMMARY
The true owners exists and it was Not the James Campbell's.
When Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi died, she left many heirs, her step children from her marriages to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, and Keliiahonui/Aaron Keliiahonui/ Kealiiahonui who was also a step father of all of the Kamehameha's, Kalaniopuu's, and Kaumualii's because he had been married to Kaahumanu, one of the widows of Kamehameha.
Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi also became the step mother of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who had died three (3) years AFTER she died.
Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi had married Levi Haalelea who was entitled to only a life interest in her estate.
Levi Haalelea lost all interest in the lands of Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi when he married Anaderia Amoe.
A claim to a Will being made by Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi has not been found and is not entered in the files/microfilm.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was alive at the time she died.  His relationship to Kekauonohi/ Mikahela Kekauonohi/ Miriam Kekauonhi was 1) Uncle; 2) Stepson; 3) Brother-in-law.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli passed a law defining heirship and specified that in the event a widow/ widower remarried they would lose interest in the deceases spouses estate.
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli along with the heirs and successors of Kamehameha were reciprocal beneficiaries of Kekauonohi/Mikahela Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, a Kamehameha descendant, grand daughter of Kamehameha.
Both Levi Haalelea and Anaderia Amoe were Not Kamehameha's.  They did Not share the Kamehameha blood line and were never entitled to inherit.
James Campbell, a treasonous person due to his assistance in helping to dethrone the Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 lost all interest in all claims to lands in the Hawaiian Islands and was recorded as treasonous, engaged in piracy, pillaging, fraud, etc. under Article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.
Judicial Tribunal Results ............
See James Campbell on the Judicial Tribunal List as Number 2 from the  First List from the First Session of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina Tribunal/ Judicial Tribunal dated August 20, 2014 at : http://maoliworld.ning.com/forum/topics/hawaiian-kingdom-records-no...
Treaties supersedes State, Federal Laws and therefore, D.R. Horton's purchase from a treasonous based estate of James Campbell is based on fraud, criminal piracy, pillaging.
The true owners exists, the owners are the Kamehameha's heirs and successors which does not include the identity thieves claiming to be a "successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii" also known as the Territory of Hawaii which became the State of Hawaii.
The return of monies paid to the Estate of James Campbell for lands of Honouliuli Ahupuaa and portions called/named/dubbed Hoopili must be made to the D.R. Horton's, et. als. developers, etc. or the Title Companies involved will need to reimburse monies spent, etc.
Documenting the Truth for the records.

THE FRIEND February 1891
HAWAIIAN GAZETTE February 17, 1891
He was born on November 16, 1836.
He was married to Kalele (w) and had Kamaka (w) and Kaopu (k).
He married Kapiolani (w) who had an adopted son named Kahanu (k).
Alone, Kalakaua adopted two (2) children: Augustine Nuhi, and Mathias Rose.
Note: Did King Kalakaua have a Legal Probate? Answer: No.
Because his mother was a hanai/adopted daughter of one of Kamehameha’s descendants, he became part of the Royal Families and not subject to the laws.
His mother was also part of the Permanent members of the House of Nobles, a Permanent part of the Hawaiian Government. There were only two (2) parts that were permanent: 1) Sovereign - heirs and successors; 2) House of Nobles - heirs and successors. The last part or 3rd part of the Three (3) Part government was the voted in, temporary part called the House of Representatives.
Meaning: Heirs exists, the Title to lands, including the Crown Lands in the Hawaiian Islands belongs to the Families of Kamehameha.
1917. November 11 - Liliuokalani, Lydia Kamakaeha Kaolanialii Newewelii/Queen Liliuokalani/Kaeha died.
Reference: PARADISE OF THE PACIFIC, January 1918, pgs. 11-15
Note: Did Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani(w) have a Legal Probate? Answer: No.
She maintained that she did not sign a Trust Deed with Samuel Damon, Curtis Iaukea, William Smith et. Als. And that statement showed up in her Will.
Her mother A. Keohokalole was a hanai /adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant and she was a Permanent member of the House of Nobles.
Queen Liliuokalani was Abner Paki’s and Konia’s adopted/hanai daughter. They were both Kamehameha descendants.
Queen Liliuokalani was a Royal Person and not subject to the laws.
Meaning: Heirs exists, the Title to lands, including the Crown Lands in the Hawaiian Islands belongs to the Families of Kamehameha.
Summary
The overall study of the Royal Families shows mega fraud, criminal malfeasance by specific problematic people including the Judges/Justices who did conspire against the Royal Families and claimed that their rules became laws.
There are no statutes of limitations when it comes to fraud.  Additionally, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is a permanent friendship treaty in which Article XIV can be applied.
Duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, genocide, piracy, pillaging are documented.  Duress means that all illegal contracts are null, void, etc.
Our Queen Liliuokalani, subjects loyal to the Queen, friends, were under stress, duress, etc.
The Crown Land owners exists and proven through intensive and extensive genealogy, history, and legal research.
This is additional evidence/proof for the Royal Families, Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors, the Judicial Tribunal, the House of Nobles, Konohiki's, kanaka maoli in support of their land titles, Hawaiian Genealogical Society - Hawaiian Kingdom and for our friends in other nations who have or will have Treaty(ies) with us.
Rents and leases are due from the entity State of Hawaii, the United States, etc.
aloha.

Greetings Everyone..............
When Kamehameha died in 1819, he left 19+ children, step children, hanai children.
I, Amelia Gora am one of his descendants/heirs through 4/four of his children, 2/two of his hanai children, and 4/four of his step children from Kalaniopuu's out of his 6 children, and 2/two of his step children from Kaumualii of Kauai.
Kalanimoku and his cousin Kaahumanu helped to keep the Hawaiian Kingdom together.  Kaahumanu was one of the widows of Kamehameha.
I, Amelia Gora am one of Kalanimoku's brother Keoua's descendant/heir and Kaahumanu's sister named Namahana/ Piia's descendant/heir.
Am also one of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's descendants/heirs from 2/two ancestors; and 2/two ancestors who were his hanai hookama - adopted and inherited sovereignty....
Am one of the many heirs of King Lunalilo through his mother Kekauluohi/Auhea who was married to Kamehameha, Kamehameha II, and to his father Charles Kanaina.
Am one of the many heirs of treasonous King Kalakaua who tried to sell the Hawaiian Kingdom to Japan, then trade it for 8,000 acres of California (now drought lands) and several millions of dollars...........His son Kaopu legally adopted my grandmother.......my grandmother was also adopted by her own Kamehameha descendant/heir grandmother.
Am one of the descendants/heirs of two ancestors who were called the daughter, and a hanai/adopted daughter of Queen Liliuokalani.  One daughter was declared to be Queen Liliuokalani's trustee, and her children of her body to be the ongoing trustees............then Queen Liliuokalani did document that she did not sign a Trust with the haole....it's in her Will documented in Probate..........she expected corrections to be made by the Colburns, et. als. but did that happen?  NO!
Her deed to her true trustee was FILED in the criminal Trust which was set up by the very ones who dethroned her, including Curtis Iaukea, et. als.
Queen Liliuokalani was under duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation along with her loyal subjects....... the World needs to know that we are surrounded by criminal deviants, thieves, pirates, pillagers, identity thieves..........
Also, Queen Emma was the step sibling of two of my ancestors.
Queen Kapiolani was the hanai daughter of my great grandfather, which made her my grandmother's sister.
Queen Kapiolani's sister was Princess Poomaikelani my grandmother's grandmother, and our great great grandmother.
Lastly, Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next of kin documented in Probate was Kalola, who was my great great great grandmother.  Kalola had siblings too and our families were sued by the entity State of Hawaii over the Crown Lands.
Recently, I reviewed the PA PELEKANE court case of 1912 and found that the 'territory of Hawaii' claimed to be "successors of the Kingdom of Hawaii" ..................and how very wicked is that............because IDENTITY THEFT is what the entity State of Hawaii supported by the U.S. and the American Empire is all about.............Pirates exposed...........Pillagers..... subject to Article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.......  see the Judicial Tribunal lists shown above........
Someone threatened me recently saying that some are trying to figure out how to arrest me...........for exposing the Truth?
Let's see........I had a top secret clearance which cost the U.S. more than $10,000 because I worked for the Federal Government, U.S. Army (SPIRSA), U.S. Navy (Nuclear Engineering), and the U.S. Air Force (PACAF - Pacific Air Command Air Force in Advanced Intel, etc.).........add the IRS/ Internal Revenue Service - trained in San Francisco... before that for the Pacific Biomedical Research Program ----because i wanted to be a Doctor.........but ended up doing research instead ;)  ............did work for the State of Hawaii - Special Ed instructor, Dept. of Education; Hawaii Housing/DSSH, etc.
Let's see...education?  B.S - Liberal Studies emphasis in Psychology, Sociology, New York; attended UH Manoa; West Oahu; etc.  Chaminade Univ of Hon - and have a Paralegal Certificate but did not join the Masons/Freemason BAR.... have Finishing & Modeling certificates and can be a major tita even though......lol.
My grampa and siblings were cops/policemen, one of my uncles worked for the DIA - Defense Intel for the U.S. Marines....one worked as a Nuclear Scientist at the Livermore labs - Prof at U.C. Berkeley (dumbass helped to build the nuclear bombs...he died after Alzheimers ---our ancestors ruled Japan for nearly 300 years...get why i was pissed at him, etc.....
The Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina o Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/ Hawaiian archipelago Royal Families exists...........and the Kamehameha Trusts, Crown Lands, mineral rights, water rights are what we own as well.................
Am a long time researcher........30+ years in history, 28 years in genealogies, and 15+ years of legal research, etc.
Am anti war and maintain a neutral, friendly, non violent nation along with Kamehameha III's - Kauikeaouli's thru Queen Liliuokalani's families, loyal subjects, supporters............
We live among pirates, pillagers, etc. and request for Protectorates which does Not include the U.S., American Empire, and also seek honest banks to house our families monies which is wrongfully being held by Obama's Bank of Hawaii, Charles Reed Bishop's - PIRATE OF THE PACIFIC bank:  First Hawaiian Bank, and the One Armed Bandit Dan Inouye (deceased) bank and his affiliates/associates as exposed by a relative and counselor Greg Wongham who exposed the CORRUPTION IN HAWAII in his shows on OLELO TV and was murdered....... after Federal Judge Ezra ordered him to remove his website from the internet:
